the imposed “canonical.sanctions” that Ab.Vigano claimed exist floats in the year 2008 or 2009..And Ab.Vigano clearly caught LYING on that.
and now the secretary of Cardinal McCarrick says it is only a private letter or a restrictions that was not enforce.
So, it furher exposes that Ab.Vigano lied in his original testimony accusing Pope Francis of “imposed canonical sanctions” that never existed.

Ab.Vigano said he told Pope Francis in June 2013, while Rev.Figuerodo like Ab.Vigano claimed the private letter or restrictions was somewhere in the year 2008 or 2009..Are you analyzing the FACTS?
Even the claimed letter of Rev.Figuiredo was not in his possession.So, can you rely in his words alone?

@Jong Ricafort the Pennsylvania grand jury report was last year..the world bishop summit did not specify clerical sexual abusers should be immediately turned over to civil authorities. Said to report to metropolitan bishop…mc carrick was a metropolitan bishop…sure would have done a lot of good to report clerical sexual abusers to him.. .
